Cris Bell

Owner – Real Property Management Infinity

Cris Bell is not just a lifelong learner, author, speaker, and serial entrepreneur; he is also an expert operator in the multifamily real estate sector, specializing in revitalizing struggling assets in C & D locations and taking them full cycle. His notable achievements in real estate investment include transformative projects such as Ann Star Apartments in Norfolk, VA, Farms at Blue Ridge in Clemson, SC, and Farms at Goose Creek in Goose Creek, SC. Through strategic acquisitions and hands-on management, Cris has demonstrated an exceptional ability to unlock the potential of undervalued properties, delivering significant value to investors and communities alike.
In his role as a real estate investor, Cris has been pivotal in the meteoric rise of Real Property Management Hampton Roads, guiding its growth from inception to managing over $100 million in assets within a mere six years. His expertise is not limited to the operational aspects of real estate; Cris is adept at negotiating acquisitions and fostering strategic partnerships, facing and overcoming a broad spectrum of business challenges along the way.
Beyond the realm of business, Cris is deeply passionate about education and coaching, particularly in the sport of amateur wrestling. With over 15 years of coaching at the Middle and High School levels, he has not only shared his love for the sport but has also played a critical role in securing college scholarships for numerous student athletes. His dedication extends beyond the mat as the former Assistant Tournament Director for two of the nation’s largest high school wrestling tournaments. Furthermore, Cris enriches the lives of young people in his community through mentoring and serving as a positive influence, notably in his role with the Business and Entrepreneur Academy at Kempsville High School.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from Old Dominion University, a Residential Property Manager designation, and a license as a real estate Salesperson in Virginia, Cris’s credentials are extensive. He is also a Residential Management Professional Candidate with the National Association of Residential Property Managers, where he notably served as President of the Southeast Virginia Chapter board, one of the top 10 chapters in the country. This leadership role underscored his commitment to excellence and innovation in the field of residential property management.
Residing in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with his amazing wife and two loving daughters, Cris Bell embodies leadership dedicated to empowering others, whether through real estate investment, community involvement, or personal development. His journey reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and the profound impact of nurturing potential in both properties and people.

Tara Doran

Vice President

Tara has been with Real Property Management since late 2011. She started with the company as a part-time bookkeeper and climbed the ladder to her position today as Vice President, overseeing our Multi-Family and Single-Family divisions.
Tara’s background includes: Accounting, Human Resources, and Management. She has helped to build all of our internal systems, processes, and procedures, and she excels at overseeing our team while providing them daily guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
Tara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Old Dominion University, along with more than 20 years in Accounting. She resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Natalie Childers

Broker

Natalie has been working in the real estate industry since 2012. She joined RPM Infinity in 2013, working as a leasing agent before moving into a property manager position. After a while, Natalie took a break from RPM Infinity to continue her education and become a real estate broker. Since then, she has become the broker for their RPM Dominion, RPM Charleston, RPM New York Gold, and RPM Indy Metro offices, and is currently the organization’s broker.

Natalie was born and raised in Ohio, where she met her now husband of 16 years and has three beautiful daughters. She enjoys watching and attending Ohio State Buckeyes football games, remodeling projects, and hanging out with friends.

MC Danner

Leasing Agent

MC Danner is our devout leasing agent who hails from Los Angeles, California, and who studied at California State University, Northridge before moving back east and graduating from Virginia Wesleyan College with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Her long career as a stage actor and voice-over artist brought her to a morning show locally in Infinity as she co-hosted Jeff & MC in the Morning on 106.9 The Fox for many years. MC has graced both the stage & television, and her voice has been heard in hundreds of radio & television commercials. She is best known as the Voice of Virginia Wine and the National voice for Clorox 2.

After years of being a casting director for both Earworks & Studio Center, in the Infinity area, MC has settled in as our OWN producer of hundreds of our walk-through videos for Real Property Management and our much-loved and sought-after Leasing agent & Leasing coordinator here at Real Property Management Infinity, Charleston RPM, RPM New York Gold & RPM Indy Metro. Her greatest allure is her genuine desire to help people in need of services to find their dream rental property. Tenants have rented from her for years and come back again and again for her gold-star service they’ve come to know & trust. Just look at her Google reviews across the states!

We are blessed to have MC be a part of the Real Property Management family for the past 14 years, as she is a die-hard believer in helping others and has a strong work ethic that we liken to the Energizer Bunny!!! She claims she “lives in dog years” & NEVER rests, since there is always someone in a different time zone across the globe in need of her services to help them nail down the home for her people in record time!! She keeps going and going and going.
